Our Storytelling Basecamp project has been running since May 2025 - and now it's time for our brave and brilliant storytellers to take the stage and tell their stories.
Politicians and the media has recently doubled down on weaponizing human movement, fueling hatred and fear for political gain, creating dangerous narratives and deepening injustices already faced by migrant communities. The already often already precarious situation of migrants and refugees in The Netherlands has thus become even more perilous.
Migration is not a crime, and not a problem to be solved. It is a human reality shaped by courage, resilience, and hope. It is part of who we are, part of our stories.
It’s time to shift the conversation and reclaim the narrative.
Thus, we proudly announce our Storytelling for Solidarity event, through which we aim to counter far-right narratives and harmful stereotyping of migrants and refugees.

Join us at ‘Storytelling for Solidarity’ as we resist narratives of exclusion and affirm the voices of migrants, refugees and displaced people.
